Think about it as a way of freshing your self up, youl come back to guildwars much more freshened up .

Well, my guess it happens whenever you violate the agreed upon rules of conduct and are either a)reported or b)spotted by anet.

No sense crying about it - you broke the rules and got punished. Don't commit the crime if you can't do the time.
